This should really be a duplicate of #11 support for private methods
but just to make sure it is covered off. :)

    got resolved as being a duplicate of #11 support for private methods

    normally, constracts only make sense on public interfaces and not on private helper methods. Anyway, the candidate check mechanism has been weakened to allow @Requires even on private methods and constructors.
