NoClassDefFoundError with GContracts 1.2.9

Try cloning this project,
update "gcontractsVersion" to '1.2.9' and
run "./gradlew clean test" (some binary archives will
be downloaded first, please ignore it or comment out
"dependsOn downloadTestArchives" on line 125 in the
"build.gradle").
I have the following errors thrown:

com.github.goldin.gcommons.tests.AlgorithmsTest > insertionSort FAILED
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError at AlgorithmsTest.groovy:-1
